Job Description

As a Relationship Manager at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients by providing tailored financial solutions and exceptional customer service. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to business and individual clients, helping them achieve their financial goals while ensuring compliance with banking policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with business and retail clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide suitable banking, lending, and investment solutions.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to drive portfolio growth.
  • Prepare credit proposals, assess financial risks, and manage loan applications.
  • Monitor client accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as lending, credit, and operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies.

  • Prior experience (2–5 years) in relationship management, business banking, or financial advisory preferred.
