  • Check stock levels, assist with inventory management, and notify when supplies are low.
  • Ensure portion control and minimize food waste.
  • Work collaboratively with chefs, kitchen hands, and front-of-house teams.
  • Comply with workplace health & safety and HACCP guidelines.

  • Previous experience in hospitality, fast food, or restaurant kitchens.
  • Food Safety Handler Certificate (mandatory in many regions).

Benefits

  • Competitive hourly rates with weekend & public holiday penalties.
  •  Free or discounted staff meals during shifts.
  •  Flexible working hours (ideal for students or part-time workers).
  •  On-the-job training and career growth (e.g. path to Head Cook or Kitchen Manager).
  •  Friendly, team-oriented workplace culture.
  •  Opportunities to learn Korean and fusion-style cuisine (at Gami Chicken & Beer).
  •  Potential for internal promotions within the hospitality brand.
  • Paid breaks, superannuation, and standard employee benefits.
