Tasks & Responsibilities
Prepare and cook dishes with precision, ensuring rich, bold flavours of Mexican cuisine are delivered consistently
Work closely with the kitchen team to assist with food production, presentation, and sequencing
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen to ensure a safe and sanitary working environment
Assist with ordering supplies including fresh produce, poultry, and equipment while maintaining quality control
Follow recipes and presentation guidelines to ensure consistency and food safety standards
Participate in stock control and planning strategies for waste reduction
Adhere to regulatory requirements, workplace safety, and hygiene practices at all times
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak service hours
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Experience in Mexican cuisine is highly regarded but not essential
Ability to work efficiently and positively in a high-energy kitchen setting
Strong teamwork and communication skills
