This Contributor Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between SearchTalents.co (“Platform”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) and the individual or organization submitting content (“Contributor”, “you”, or “your”).

By submitting, uploading, publishing, or contributing any content to SearchTalents.co, you agree to comply with this Agreement.

1. Contributor Eligibility

By becoming a contributor, you confirm that:

• ✔ You are legally authorized to enter into this Agreement
• ✔ You are at least 18 years of age or have proper authorization
• ✔ The information provided by you is accurate and complete

2. Contributor Content

Contributors may submit:

• ✔ Articles
• ✔ Blog posts
• ✔ Images
• ✔ Graphics
• ✔ Videos
• ✔ Media files
• ✔ Recruitment-related content
• ✔ Other approved materials

All submitted content must comply with applicable laws and platform policies.

3. Ownership & Rights

You retain ownership of your original content.

However, by submitting content to SearchTalents.co, you grant the platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• ✔ Publish
• ✔ Display
• ✔ Edit
• ✔ Format
• ✔ Promote
• ✔ Reproduce
• ✔ Distribute

the submitted content on the platform, social media, marketing channels, and related services.

This license remains active unless the content is removed from the platform.

4. Contributor Responsibilities

By submitting content, you confirm that:

• ✔ You are the lawful owner of the content
• ✔ You possess valid licenses, permissions, or authorization for all submitted materials
• ✔ Your content does not infringe copyright, trademark, intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights
• ✔ Your content does not contain unlawful, defamatory, misleading, abusive, or harmful material

5. Image & Media Usage

Contributors must ensure that all images, graphics, videos, and media files are:

• ✔ Original content
• ✔ Properly licensed
• ✔ Used with permission
• ✔ Legally obtained from authorized sources

Contributors must not upload:

• ✔ Copyright-protected news agency images without authorization
• ✔ Watermarked media
• ✔ Copied third-party materials
• ✔ Unauthorized copyrighted content

SearchTalents.co may request proof of ownership, licenses, invoices, screenshots, or authorization documents at any time.

6. Copyright Complaints & Investigation Process

SearchTalents.co respects intellectual property rights and takes copyright complaints seriously.

If any copyright owner, photographer, company, media agency, or authorized representative believes that their copyrighted material has been used without authorization on our platform, they may submit a formal complaint request.

To submit a complaint, the requester may be required to provide:

• ✔ Full legal name
• ✔ Contact information
• ✔ URL of the allegedly infringing content
• ✔ Identification of the copyrighted material
• ✔ Proof of ownership or authorization
• ✔ Supporting evidence or documents

After receiving a complaint:

1. Our compliance team will review the request and supporting materials.
2. The reported content may be temporarily restricted, disabled, or removed during the investigation process.
3. The contributor responsible for the content may be contacted and requested to provide proof of ownership, licensing, or authorization.
4. Contributors may be required to submit invoices, licenses, screenshots, permissions, agreements, or source references.
5. If valid proof is successfully provided, the content may remain published.
6. If the contributor fails to provide sufficient proof within a reasonable timeframe, the content may be permanently removed.

7. Contributor Liability

Contributors acknowledge and agree that they are fully responsible for:

• ✔ Submitted content
• ✔ Copyright compliance
• ✔ Licensing requirements
• ✔ Intellectual property permissions
• ✔ Legal consequences arising from uploaded materials

8. Indemnification

Contributors agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SearchTalents.co, its owners, staff, affiliates, and partners against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, or legal costs arising from:

• ✔ Contributor-submitted content
• ✔ Copyright infringement
• ✔ Intellectual property violations
• ✔ Breach of this Agreement
• ✔ Unauthorized use of third-party materials

9. Right to Remove Content

SearchTalents.co reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

• ✔ Reject submissions
• ✔ Remove content
• ✔ Restrict contributor access
• ✔ Suspend contributor accounts
• ✔ Request verification documents
• ✔ Investigate compliance issues

10. No Guarantee of Publication

Submission of content does not guarantee approval or publication.

SearchTalents.co reserves the right to edit, format, reject, delay, or remove submitted content at any time.

11. Contributor Suspension & Account Removal

If a contributor fails to provide valid proof of ownership, licensing, or authorization for submitted content within a reasonable timeframe after a complaint or investigation, SearchTalents.co reserves the right to:

• ✔ Remove or permanently delete the reported content
• ✔ Restrict contributor publishing access
• ✔ Suspend the contributor account temporarily
• ✔ Permanently terminate and remove the contributor from the platform

Repeated copyright complaints, unauthorized content submissions, or policy violations may also result in permanent contributor removal without prior notice.

12. Repeat Copyright Violations

Contributors who repeatedly upload unauthorized, infringing, or unlicensed content may face:

• ✔ Content removal
• ✔ Temporary restrictions
• ✔ Permanent contributor suspension
• ✔ Termination of contributor access
• ✔ Legal reporting where required by law

13. Disclaimer

SearchTalents.co does not intentionally publish unauthorized copyrighted material and relies on contributors to ensure that all submitted content complies with applicable intellectual property laws.

While reasonable efforts may be made to review complaints and investigate reported issues, SearchTalents.co cannot guarantee independent verification of every contributor-submitted image or media file before publication.

All services and platform content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

14. Policy Updates

SearchTalents.co reserves the right to modify, revise, or update this Agreement at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of contributor services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
