Job Description

As a Customer Advisor at NAB, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them navigate banking products and services. You will provide exceptional customer service, resolve queries, and assist customers with transactions, product applications, and financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with daily banking needs, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
