We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-focused Administration Officer to join our team on a permanent part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone seeking long-term stability, flexibility, and a supportive team environment.
Working approx. 20–24 hours over 4 days per week, start and finish times can be negotiated to suit your lifestyle and commitments. The role comes with a 3-month probation period to ensure it’s the right fit for both you and the team.
Customer Service & Communication
Be the first point of contact for phone and email enquiries
Provide timely and professional communication with clients
Liaise with clients regarding scheduling, job progress, and completion updates
- Assist with the setup of quotes in Xero
- Create and send invoices; reconcile client payments
- Enter and manage supplier invoices via Hubdoc
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate financial records
- Set up and manage job sheets
- Send completion photos and documentation to clients
- File and close jobs once completed
- Assist with job scheduling and workflow tracking
- Maintain organised digital admin and filing systems
- Proven admin experience, ideally within a trade or service-based business
- Proficiency with Xero, Hubdoc, and general office software
- Friendly, professional communicator and team player
- Strong attention to detail and good time management
