Job Description

Marketing Specialist – Agriculture & Agribusiness

Pacific Agriculture Management is looking for a Marketing Specialist who can help us strengthen our presence in the agriculture and agribusiness sector. This role is all about building relationships, understanding markets, and promoting our products across Australia and beyond.

We’re not just looking for someone to run digital ads – this is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with farmers, distributors, government bodies, and trade associations to make a real impact. You’ll help us position our products, open new markets, and keep our brand at the forefront of the industry.

What you’ll be doing

  • Researching markets to uncover new opportunities in agriculture, exports, and wholesale channels.
  • Developing marketing strategies that align with our business goals and highlight our products.
  • Building strong relationships with farmers, distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.
  • Organising and promoting our presence at trade shows, expos, and industry events.
  • Preparing brochures, presentations, and product marketing materials.
  • Supporting the sales team with insights on trends, pricing, and competitors.
  • Keeping track of industry shifts and customer needs to guide smart decisions.
  • Making sure our marketing reflects our commitment to quality and sustainability.

What we’re looking for

  • A degree in Marketing, Agribusiness, Business, or something similar.
  • 2–4 years of experience in agriculture, FMCG, food, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of market research, brand development, and trade marketing.
  • Excellent people skills – you’ll be working with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple projects.
  • Knowledge of agricultural supply chains is a big plus.

Benefits

  • A competitive salary with performance bonuses.
  • Opportunities to grow your career and take on more responsibility.
  • Exposure to both Australian and international markets.
  • Ongoing training and professional development.
  • A collaborative, supportive team culture.
  • The chance to attend industry expos, trade events, and field visits.
