Job Description

Sapience College is looking for a friendly, professional, and well-organised Receptionist & Student Support Officer to manage front desk operations and provide support to students, visitors, trainers, and staff.

The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting students and visitors, answering phone calls and emails, handling general enquiries, assisting with student documentation, managing appointments, and supporting daily administrative tasks. This role is suitable for someone with good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to create a welcoming college environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome students, visitors, and staff in a professional manner
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and front desk enquiries
  • Provide basic course and student support information
  • Assist with student forms, records, and documentation
  • Schedule appointments and support daily office coordination
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area
  • Support administration staff with filing, data entry, and general office tasks
Required Skills:
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Friendly, professional, and welcoming attitude
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

Requirements:

Qualifications:
  • Year 12 or High School qualification preferred
  • Certificate in Business Administration, Customer Service, or related field is an advantage
