Job Description

Redford Institute of Vocational Studies is looking for a professional, organised, and student-focused Administration & Support Officer to support daily office operations, student services, and general administrative tasks.

The role involves handling student enquiries, maintaining records, assisting with enrolment-related documentation, preparing office documents, coordinating communication, and supporting students, trainers, and management staff.

This position is suitable for someone who is friendly, reliable, detail-oriented, and confident in managing office and student support duties in a vocational education environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle student enquiries through phone, email, and front desk communication
  • Assist with enrolment, admissions, student records, and documentation
  • Maintain accurate files, reports, forms, and office records
  • Provide administrative support to trainers, managers, and student support staff
  • Prepare letters, emails, reports, and general office documents
  • Coordinate communication between students, staff, trainers, and management
  • Assist with student support services and course-related follow-ups
  • Manage data entry, filing, scanning, printing, and document control tasks
  • Maintain a professional, organised, and welcoming office environment
  • Support general office operations as required
