Job Description

As an Administration & Support Officer at a vocational education institute, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to ensure smooth daily operations. You will assist staff, trainers, and students by managing records, coordinating schedules, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle student enquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
