Job Description

At Mainro Pty Ltd ATF Mainro Family Trust, we are a growing business focused on asset management and strategic investments through the Mainro Family Trust. We are currently looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to help us expand our business, identify new opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients and partners.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify New Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential markets, clients, and partnerships to drive growth for the business.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and increase revenue in targeted markets.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate business deals, contracts, and partnerships to maximize the company's value.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure business objectives are met.
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Proven Experience: Previous experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and develop strategies to capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiating abilities to secure new business deals and partnerships.
  • Self-motivated and Goal-Oriented: A proactive approach with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
