Job Description

A Counter Staff member is responsible for providing excellent customer service at the front counter, taking orders, handling payments, and ensuring customers have a positive dining experience. This role often acts as the first point of contact for customers and contributes to the smooth operation of the store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process cash and card payments.
  • Prepare sandwiches, beverages, or other menu items as required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter and front-of-house area.
  • Assist in restocking ingredients, beverages, and supplies.
