Job Description

Your role is to provide excellent service, offer expert advice, and build trusted relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with their banking inquiries and transactions
Offer guidance on NAB’s products and services, including accounts, loans, and cards
Identify customer needs and suggest suitable banking solutions
Work efficiently with digital banking tools and POS systems
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and bank policies
Support a team environment that reflects NAB’s core values of respect, integrity, and excellence

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
The ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Basic financial knowledge or willingness to learn
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in handling transactions
Previous experience in retail, customer service, or banking (preferred but not required)
