Job Description

As a Customer Banking Specialist, you’ll be the face of CommBank—assisting customers with everyday banking needs, solving account issues, and introducing helpful banking products. You’ll work from the front line in one of our vibrant branches and be a key part of building financial well-being for Australians.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers with transactions, queries, and digital banking tools
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions (loans, cards, etc.)
  • Educate customers about mobile and internet banking platforms
  • Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently
  • Work collaboratively with your branch team to meet service and sales goals

 What We’re Looking For

  • Prior experience in customer service, retail, or banking (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong focus on problem-solving and a proactive mindset
  • Tech-savvy and able to educate customers on digital solutions
