Job Description

The Customer Solutions Advisor plays a key role in connecting people with Vodafone’s products and services by delivering exceptional customer experiences in-store and online.

You’ll act as the face of Vodafone, helping customers with mobile plans, broadband services, device upgrades, billing inquiries, and technical support — all while ensuring their needs are met quickly, efficiently, and with a friendly attitude.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and engage customers in Vodafone retail stores or via digital channels.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Vodafone products, plans, and accessories.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets (KPI-based).
  • Provide accurate information about products, promotions, and service plans.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting devices and billing or service-related queries.
  • Maintain store presentation, product displays, and merchandising standards.
  • Process sales transactions and manage daily cash/till operations.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Stay updated with new product launches, network updates, and promotions.

Qualifications
  • Minimum: High school certificate (Year 12 or equivalent).

  • Experience:
  • 1–2 years in customer service, retail, or sales (telecommunications experience is an advantage).
  • Basic computer literacy and POS system experience.
  • Prior experience in handling customer complaints or support tickets is desirable.
