Job Description

As a Food Preparation Team Member, you will assist in preparing, assembling, and maintaining high-quality food items for customers. You will work under the supervision of kitchen supervisors or store managers to ensure food safety, quality, and timely delivery. This role is essential in delivering a great customer experience and maintaining operational efficiency in the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and assemble ingredients for menu items according to company standards.
  • Cook, bake, or heat food items as per recipes and portion guidelines.
  • Ensure all food preparation areas are clean, organized, and hygienic.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines strictly (e.g., HACCP standards).
  • Monitor inventory of food and ingredients, assisting with stock rotation.
  • Assist in packaging, plating, and serving food items when required.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen and front-of-house team members.
