Job Description

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling designs that communicate the brand message effectively across digital and print media.

Responsibilities:

  • Create visually appealing graphics, layouts, and designs for digital and print media, including social media posts, banners, brochures, and website visuals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, content, and development teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Develop creative concepts and designs based on project requirements and target audience.
  • Edit and enhance photos, illustrations, and other design elements as needed.
  • Maintain and manage brand guidelines, ensuring all designs align with the company’s identity.
  • Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and tools to keep content fresh and innovative.
  • Prepare files for digital distribution, printing, or other media formats.
  • Work within deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Ability to create designs for both digital and print media.
  • Good visual storytelling and conceptual skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to take constructive feedback and adapt designs accordingly.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus for web design collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of professional design experience (for junior roles); 3–5 years for senior roles.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
