Job Description

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the company’s agricultural products, enhance brand awareness, and engage with target audiences. You’ll work closely with sales, operations, and management teams to drive growth, execute campaigns, and measure marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media).
  • Manage the company’s social media presence and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Assist in developing product positioning, branding, and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
  • Analyze campaign performance and report ROI to management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging.
 Skills Required
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing (social media, email campaigns, SEO).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills for market research and performance analysis.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Canva, Mailchimp, MS Office).
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing roles (experience in agriculture/food industry preferred).
  • Knowledge of Australian marketing regulations and compliance standards.
