Job Description

A Regional Tanker Truck Driver is responsible for safely transporting liquid or bulk products over regional routes, ensuring timely deliveries while complying with company policies, traffic regulations, and safety standards. This role is essential in maintaining supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate tanker trucks to transport liquids or bulk products to regional destinations.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and maintenance.
  • Load and unload materials safely, ensuring proper handling and storage.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel use, and incidents.
  • Follow all safety, compliance, and company regulations, including Hazardous Materials (HazMat) protocols if applicable.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and customers.
  • Report any vehicle or cargo issues promptly.
Required Skills

  • Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL Class A or equivalent in Australia).
  • Endorsements for Hazardous Materials (HazMat), tanker operation, or specific cargo if required.
  • Ability to operate, inspect, and maintain heavy vehicles.
