Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff (hosts, servers, bar staff).
  • Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest complaints professionally.
  • Monitor staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
  • Maintain restaurant cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations.
  • Support training and development of new staff members.
  • Collaborate with management to achieve operational targets and revenue goals.
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies when required.
Required Skills
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure during busy shifts.
  • Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of POS systems and restaurant operations.
Qualifications
  • Certificate III in Hospitality or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior experience in a supervisory role in restaurants, cafes, or hospitality.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and workplace health & safety.
