Job Description

A Retail Sales Assistant is responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with sales, and supporting the day-to-day operations of a retail store. This role ensures that customers receive accurate product information and a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful assistance.
  • Assist customers in selecting products, answering questions, and making purchase decisions.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, stock displays, and organization.
  • Restock shelves, manage inventory, and assist with stocktaking.
  • Handle customer complaints or queries professionally.

  • Assist team members and management with daily store operations.
