You will be responsible for architectural decisions, code quality, and mentoring junior developers while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications using PHP.
Lead code reviews and ensure best practices in programming, testing, and deployment.
Architect system components and data models.
Collaborate with frontend developers and DevOps engineers to integrate APIs and services.
Optimize existing code and database queries for performance.
Troubleshoot complex bugs and production issues.
Mentor and guide junior developers.
Stay updated with new PHP trends, tools, and best practices.
4+ years of professional experience in PHP development.
Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented PHP, MVC architecture, and REST APIs.
Experience with frameworks like Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter.
Proficient in MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar relational databases.
Familiarity with JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, and frontend integration.
Experience with version control systems (Git).
Solid understanding of secure coding practices.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Ability to manage tasks independently and lead development teams.
Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or Cloud platforms.
Experience with unit testing, TDD, and automated deployment.
