About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present meals to company standards
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety compliance

  • Collaborate with the head chef and FOH for smooth service
  • Contribute ideas for specials and seasonal menus

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Chef in a busy restaurant setting
  • Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
  • Excellent time management and leadership skills
  • Creativity and passion for culinary excellence
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
