Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations including front-of-house, kitchen coordination, delivery/takeaway, and dine-in service
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment
  • Drive sales, control costs, and maximise profitability
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain food quality standards
  • Manage rostering, stock control, compliance, and health & safety requirements
  • Build local community engagement through events, promotions, and social media

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant/Café Manager (preferably in pizza, grill, or casual dining)
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and coach team members
  • Excellent financial acumen including P&L management, rostering, and inventory control
  • High energy, positive attitude, and passion for hospitality
  • Must have valid right to work in Australia
