Job Description

Silver Spoon Restaurant is hiring a full time Restaurant Supervisor to manage daily front of house operations and ensure high service standards. This role requires strong leadership, operational control, and the ability to handle customers and staff under pressure. You are responsible for smooth shift execution, service quality, and team discipline. If you cannot lead people or handle responsibility, this job is not for you.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff shifts
Ensure customer service and food quality standards are met
Handle customer complaints professionally
Coordinate between kitchen and service staff
Manage daily sales reports and cash handling
Train and supervise team members

Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
At least 1 year experience in a supervisory or senior staff role
Strong communication skills in English
Ability to manage staff schedules and daily operations
Good customer handling and problem solving ability
Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Physically fit to stand and move for long shifts
