Responsibilities:

Prepared detailed sketches, charts, and tabulations for residential and commercial building designs.
Developed precise 2D and 3D plans for building structural layouts and floor arrangements.
Assisted civil engineers in interpreting project specifications and drafting building compliance documents.
Collected and analyzed site data to compute building dimensions and material requirements.
Prepared civil drafting drawings for building drainage, water supply, and sewerage systems under the supervision of civil engineers.
Ensured drafted building plans complied with local building codes and contract provisions.
Generated detailed cost estimation drawings and quantity take-offs for building projects.
Coordinated with architects and engineers to finalize building design plans and revisions.
Conducted CAD drafting reviews to validate accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
Produced technical documentation and construction drawings supporting building project execution.

Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other CAD drafting software.
Strong knowledge of 2D & 3D building drafting for residential and commercial projects.
Basic understanding of building codes, construction standards, and compliance requirements.
