Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a wide range of authentic Indian dishes in line with established recipes and quality standards
  • Assist with menu preparation and support daily kitchen operations
  • Prepare ingredients, including cutting, marinating, and seasoning meats, seafood, and vegetables
  • Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation at all times
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness
  • Conduct stock checks and assist with ordering kitchen supplies as required
  • Minimise food wastage and support effective cost control measures
  • Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
  • Comply with all workplace health and safety regulations
  • Manage food preparation, portion control, and presentation standards
  • Supervise kitchen staff and provide guidance, training, and ongoing support
Qualifications and Experience
