Due to ongoing business expansion, we are seeking a motivated and experienced ICT Business Development Manager to join our professional team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement ICT business development and growth strategies
  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and business partners
  • Prepare business proposals, quotations, presentations, and service agreements
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
  • Coordinate with technical and operational teams to deliver ICT solutions to clients

  • Maintain accurate client records, reports, and sales documentation
  • Assist management in achieving business development targets and expanding market presence
Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in ICT, Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in ICT business development, sales, or client relationship management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop long-term client relationships and achieve sales targets
  • Good understanding of ICT products, services, and market trends
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
