Job Description

With continued growth across metropolitan and regional projects, we are seeking a motivated and commercially driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead business development and brand growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and revenue
  • Drive lead generation, client acquisition, and project sales across South Australia
  • Manage and grow the sales pipeline through effective CRM and reporting systems
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and company targets
  • Plan and oversee digital marketing, advertising, and promotional campaigns
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and customer needs
  • Build strong relationships with clients, developers, suppliers, and referral partners
  • Oversee contract negotiations and support clients throughout the sales journey
  • Work closely with construction, design, and operations teams to ensure smooth project handover
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and performance reports for management
Essential Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in sales and marketing management (construction, real estate, or property sector preferred)
  • Proven ability to drive sales growth and manage high-value client portfolios
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Experience using CRM systems, digital marketing platforms, and reporting tools
