Job Description

Connect People is hiring a Customer Solutions Advisor in Brisbane, Queensland. The role involves supporting Vodafone customers with mobile plans, broadband services, device upgrades, billing enquiries, and technical support.

The successful candidate will represent Vodafone in-store and through digital channels, delivering friendly, professional, and efficient customer service while helping customers choose the right products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in Vodafone retail stores or digital channels
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable mobile plans, devices, broadband services, and accessories
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets
  • Provide accurate information about products, promotions, and service plans
  • Assist with device troubleshooting, billing queries, and service-related support
  • Maintain store presentation, product displays, and merchandising standards
  • Process sales transactions and manage POS/cash operations
  • Work with team members to deliver excellent customer service
  • Stay updated with new products, network updates, and promotions
