Job Description

As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will:

  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Solution Design & Implementation: Design, develop, and implement customized technology solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and technical teams.
  • Troubleshooting & Optimization: Identify and resolve complex technical issues, optimizing system performance.
  • Documentation & Training: Prepare detailed technical documentation and conduct training sessions for clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5–10 years in technical consulting, with a proven track record in system design and implementation.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in relevant technologies, programming languages, and platforms (e.g., Java, Salesforce, ServiceNow, IFS).
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, AWS, Salesforce) are advantageous.
