Job Description

M N Courier Pty Ltd provides reliable and efficient transport, courier and logistics solutions while maintaining high standards of safety, service and operational performance. We are seeking an experienced Transport Company Manager to lead daily operations and support the continued growth of our business.

Location: 10 Foxhall Street, Boronia Heights, QLD 4124

Key Responsibilities

Supervising the acquisition and maintenance of transportation vehicles, equipment, and fuel resources.
Collaborating with clients to assess their specific transportation needs and providing advice on vehicle options, pricing structures, and contractual obligations.
Managing customer enquiries and grievances.
Coordinating incoming orders and bookings, and developing and executing transportation schedules for optimal efficiency.
Ensuring the preservation of goods’ quality by maintaining appropriate storage and transportation conditions.
Facilitating the collection and delivery of vehicles and merchandise.
Maintaining business records, compiling operational statements, and generating comprehensive reports.
Directing operations associated with train arrival, departure, and loading and unloading processes.
Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations across all facets of company activities.
Overseeing the procurement and upkeep of transport vehicles, equipment, and fuel resources.
Engaging with clients to determine transportation requirements and advising on vehicle selection, pricing structures, and contractual obligations.
Coordinating transportation orders and bookings and managing transportation schedules to optimise operational efficiency.
Managing storage and transportation conditions to maintain the quality of goods.
Streamlining collection and delivery processes for vehicles and merchandise.

Qualification

AQF Level Diploma or any relevant qualification.
